Norvestor acquires Wema Holding
Norvestor V, L.P. ("Norvestor") has signed an agreement to acquire 70% of the Wema Group ("Wema" or the "Company"). Wema is the holding company of Wema System AS, Wema International AS and Wema Overseas AS.
