Norvestor - Funds
Norvestor Equity advises two buyout funds. Norvestor IV, L.P. is a closed end fund established in 2004 and Norvestor V, L.P. is a closed end fund established in 2007.
Norvestor IV and Norvestor V funds are domiciled in Guernsey under the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995. The funds are managed by their ultimate General Partners, which are Guernsey companies and are regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987 as amended. The Limited Partnerships have received consent from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission under the Control of Borrowing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Ordinance, 1959 as amended for the raising of Limited Partnership interests. The General Partners are responsible for the day to day management of the fund's activities including regular reporting to investors. The General Partners of the Limited Partnerships have entered into an Advisory Agreement with Norvestor Equity AS whereby advisory services in relation to potential investments as well as the ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies is provided.
