Investment Philosophy
Funds advised by Norvestor will typically invest equity stakes of €10 million to €45 million in companies with enterprise values of €20 million to €125 million.
The funds are exclusively focused on buyout and control minority investments where they can exert substantial influence on management and operational improvements. The main focus is on Norway but opportunities are also pursued in neighbouring countries with a view to potential Nordic consolidation.
